Managed Website Hosting (Reactivating Suspended Account)

Description

This product will reactivate your suspended account and establish a subscription. Your initial charge will be $35, which is a $25 reactivation fee plus your first month’s hosting. It will then renew each month thereafter for $10/month.

Please note that once an account is suspended for nonpayment, our nonpayment policies will apply.

Nonpayment policies:
When an account for an otherwise in good standing customer is suspended for nonpayment, it can be reactivated once with a subscription required.

Additional nonpayment will be allowed to reactivate (with reactivation fee) at the discretion of Epona Author Solutions.

Backups of any suspended accounts will be kept for 90 days to facilitate file restoration and/or transfer to a new host. Backups kept longer will be done at the discretion of Epona Author Solutions.
